Our Space
We have recently restored the the historic Hammock Consolidated School, originally built as a schoolhouse in 1940.
Our schoolhouse features spacious classrooms with spaces that is focused on a clean air, low toxic learning environment. Instead of traditional classrooms, students rotate throughout the school, engaging in different spaces based on their learning needs and classes being taught.
Beyond the classroom, students have access to outdoor learning areas, including a fenced-in space directly connected to the school and a scenic trail leading into a forested area, maintained by Roots Academy for educational exploration.
